Took me 4 hours to prepare for & clean up after the supper of chili and cornbread, and dessert of cookies, but completely worth every second

Laura Hackett is leading worship down in KC and they’re actually singing the Hallelujah Chorus, isn’t that wild? Enjoying this way too much!

Trying to decide between going to Onething down at @ihopkc or to Heavy Rain at @TACFChurch. Both would be tons of fun and I’d leave changed!

In Ephesians 3 is this - there are some verses that are so far beyond comprehension that my brain cells I think just start dying when I ponder them - here’s one of them: “That you may know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge.” That means to know by experience what is beyond comprehension. And then it says, “That you may be filled with the fullness of God”. Now think about this: He holds the universes in place, like in the palm of his hand… In him everything consists, every cell, every molecule, everything has its assigned place because his presence holds it in place. He is the glue that Science can’t identify that holds everything in its place. Alright? That’s quite large. The universes are expanding at at least the speed of light, as we speak. The one who holds that… in absolute control… wants to fill me with his fullness.

Seriously? Even the administration of our school is not literate in english…
“Are you fees arranged?”

If I’m reading correctly, it actually says, ‘Are you “Fees Arranged” for Winter 2010?’
No, your name is Jacob, not “Fees Arranged”.

Packing snow Snow that is at or near the melting point, so that it can easily be packed into snowballs and hurled at other people or objects. This is perfect for snow fights and other winter fun, such as making a snowman, or a snow fort.

This isn't the kind of snow I wanted...

krazyk10:

I think I’m picky about first snowfalls/storms but freezing rain and icy snow is not what I was hoping for when they said “10cm” of snow…I want real snow!

Pardon me, Kate, but this is not “freezing rain and icy” snow. It’s called “Snowball snow” or “Snowman snow”, as described in the following Wikipedia quote.
